That makes sense, since with an embedded processor, you’re not going to have to worry about the hardware or software environments changing on you and throwing your nice timing loop out of whack. This is, of course, the environment that console games used to be developed in, before even they needed to be portable across platforms.

Embedded processors for fun? You know, Patrick, you might, just might, be a bit of a nerd at times. ;)

OMG! That is exactly what he does! He wants to hate your guts, but you’re just so disgustingly nice to him, and he caves. His love of being petted and loved on eventually wins over his instinctive jealousy of his nemisis- the current rival for my affection. But after Leonard, he knows it could have been worse. Of course, in Vicky’s mind, I only keep you around because you buy him the expensive cat food and you have a laser pointer. My persistent affection for you both irritates and puzzles the heck out of him. He just doesn’t get it.
